Rangoli Furnishings Private Limited is looking for a motivated and energetic event management intern to join our team! The ideal candidate should have proven English proficiency (spoken), event management, and MS Office skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in event planning and coordinating logistics
2. Perform administrative tasks such as phone calls, monitoring emails, and research
3. Prepare and review contracts, budgets, and other program-related documents
4. Support onsite needs for events including registration and setup
5. Develop and continually update a database of vendors and industry contacts
6. Provide support to the event manager or director in creating innovative, industry-leading programs
