Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including selecting venues, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth on-site coordination.
2. Collaborate with the team to develop creative event concepts and themes that align with client goals.
3. Support in creating event timelines, managing budgets, and developing production schedules.
4. Help market and promote events through various channels, such as social media and email campaigns.
5. Assist in managing attendee registrations, RSVPs, and event communications to ensure a smooth process.
6. Coordinate with sponsors and partners to ensure deliverables are met and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships.
7. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.
