Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events, utilizing your knowledge of Canva to create visually appealing materials.
2. Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the planning process.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring all details are understood and executed accurately.
4. Utilize your sales skills to promote our services and attract new clients to the company.
5. Assist in the management of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and all guests have an unforgettable experience.
6. Create engaging presentations using MS-PowerPoint and budgeting using MS-Excel to track event success.
7. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall event experience and leave a lasting impression on clients.
