Position Overview:
As an Events Intern, you will work closely with our Events and Marketing teams to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a range of events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience in event management, networking, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing company events, including researching venues, coordinating vendors, and supporting logistics.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute event strategies aligned with company objectives.
Help manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely event execution.
Support on-site event activities, including setting up, greeting guests, and troubleshooting as needed.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather insights and suggest improvements.
Assist with content creation for event marketing materials, including social media posts, email blasts, and presentations.
Maintain databases of vendors, partners, and event contacts.
