As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and events, while learning from experienced professionals in the field.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the planning and execution of events, from start to finish
2. Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth event operations
3. Creating and maintaining event timelines, budgets, and schedules using MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
4. Assisting with marketing and promotional activities to increase event attendance
5. Conducting research and analysis to identify new event opportunities and trends
6. Providing on-site support during events, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting
7. Assisting with post-event evaluations and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement
