We're currently seeking a talented 'Event Management Executive' to join our team and assist in organizing sensational concerts and managing sponsorships. This is your chance to dive into the world of event management, gain hands-on experience, and be a part of creating memorable moments for our audiences.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of concerts and live events.
2. Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and themes for events.
3. Research and identify potential sponsors and partners.
4. Support in sponsor outreach, negotiations, and relationship management.
5. Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, equipment setup, and vendor coordination.
6. Assist in marketing and promotion efforts for events and sponsorships.
7. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
8. Help with post-event evaluations and reporting.
