About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the program lead in the curation & execution of large-scale on-ground & virtual event
2. Coordinating with multiple external agency partners to ensure efficient execution on all fronts
3. Coordinating with the program lead to ensure adherence to all internal processes related to aligning internal teams, vendor management, invoice processing, etc.
4. Planning end-to-end invitation management of high-stakeholder guests by inviting them to the event, noting their confirmations and other requests
5. Working closely with the internal team for planning the seating layout of all the guests attending the event
6. Managing event-related tasks such as content production & logistics to name a few
7. Executing tasks with attention to detail within fixed timelines
8. Assessing various vendors and negotiate with them as per various event requirements
9. Managing all event operations such as booking the venue, arranging the accommodation and logistical requirements of the guests, and executing other tasks
10. Tracking event expenses regularly and keep the internal team updated
11. Sharing daily updates on the progress of the project
