Event Management Internship

As a wedding planning intern, you will work closely with our experienced wedding planners to assist in various stages of the wedding planning process. You will have the opportunity to develop essential skills in event management, client relations, and vendor coordination.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist wedding planners in the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and related events
2. Conduct research on wedding trends, themes, and vendors to support the planning process and provide clients with up-to-date information
3. Attend client meetings and site visits, taking detailed notes and providing input as needed
4. Help create and maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
5. Communicate with vendors (e.g., caterers, photographers, florists) to gather quotes, confirm bookings, and coordinate event logistics
6. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support the overall success of the wedding planning team and company
