Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in overseeing daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth functioning.
2. Manage studio schedules and bookings.
3. Support in maintaining studio equipment and supplies.
4. Communicate with clients, artists, and talent.
5. Coordinate studio sessions and ensure all parties are informed of schedules and requirements.
6. Provide customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
8. Manage studio finances, including invoicing and budgeting.
9. Maintain and update studio databases and contact lists.
10. Create promotional content for the studio's services.
11. Manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns.
12. Organize and promote studio events or workshops.
13. Support during recording sessions or photo/video shoots.
14. Set up and break down equipment for sessions.
15. Assist in the editing and production process, if applicable.
