Event Management Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and executing events, from concept to completion
2. Coordinate with vendors, artists, clients and labours to ensure smooth event logistics
3. Utilize MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint to create detailed event plans and presentations
4. Use Canva and Adobe Photoshop to design marketing materials and event graphics
5. Apply design thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and enhance event experiences
6. Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, to engage with clients
7. Support the team in all aspects of event designing, including on-site coordination and post-event evaluations
