Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
2. Planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, d cor, entertainment, and audiovisual requirements.
3. Creating event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
4. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure services are delivered as per agreement.
5. Managing event logistics on the day of the event, including set-up, coordination of staff and volunteers, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
6. Overseeing post-event activities such as feedback collection, financial reconciliation, and follow-up with clients and vendors.
7. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processes.
