About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Building a database of event companies, wedding planners, and event promoters to pitch for public/private music events, brand promotion events, etc.
2. Negotiating costs and coordinating with event companies to create business collaboration opportunities for artists.
3. Overseeing quality control in strategy and execution of event planning.
4. Managing band logistics, including coordination for jam sessions, travel, accommodation, and ensuring smooth gig operations.
5. Handling production management on stage and backstage for live shows and artist projects.
6. As a startup, responsibilities may extend beyond the listed duties depending on team and client needs.
For events and artist performances, interns should have a passport and be willing to travel with the band to ensure smooth management of artist performances.
