Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the overall planning and organization of the W.E.-Global Employees' Choice Awards 2024.
2. Coordinate with various teams to ensure a seamless event experience.
3. Support the management of award categories, nominations, and selection processes
4. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics, including venue, catering, audio, visual setup, etc.
5. Help in the coordination of event promotion and marketing activities.
6. Assist in managing event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee communication.
7. Provide on-site support during the event, ensuring smooth operations and attendee satisfaction.
8. Develop marketing strategies to promote the event and attract attendees using various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising.
