About the internship

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for event management? Xtraamile Edu Events is seeking an Event Management intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing various events while honing your English proficiency, effective communication, and MS-Office proficiency.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in coordinating event logistics and vendor management.
2. Contribute ideas for event planning and marketing strategies.
3. Attend and support events on-site, providing assistance as needed.
4. Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
5. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative event concepts and themes.

Note: Stipend will be calculated on a monthly basis (26 days on event field = 1 month).

1. Only Candidates who can report at 7 am, 6 days a week may apply.
