We are looking for a dynamic 'Event Management intern' to join our team at Firefly Productions and Events! As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing various events while working alongside industry professionals.
1. Assist in creating event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
2. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
3. Prepare and present presentations using MS PowerPoint to the internal team and clients.
4. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze event data for future planning.
5. Support on-site event logistics, including set-up, breakdown, and attendee management.
6. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance event experiences.
7. Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear and professional correspondence with team members and stakeholders.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of conversion of event).
