1. Assist in planning and coordinating various events, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences
2. Work closely with the event management team to develop event proposals and budgets
3. Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
4. Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to ensure a successful event experience
5. Assist in manpower planning and coordination for event staff and volunteers
6. Utilize MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word to create presentations, reports, and documentation
7. Demonstrate strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
