As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist in planning and executing various events, from workshops to parent-teacher conferences. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on our guests.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and guest RSVPs.
2. Create and maintain event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop event marketing materials and promotions.
4. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
5. Act as a point of contact for event vendors, sponsors, and attendees to provide information and support.
6. Utilize MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to create presentations and reports.
7. Evaluate event success through attendee feedback and data analysis to make recommendations for future improvements.
