GGB is a youth organization formed by a group of engineering students based in VIT, Vellore. Registered under the Societies Registration Act (1860), GGB aims to promote and spread awareness about sustainable development. As stated by the United Nations, the sustainable development goals encompass a wide variety of issues plaguing our societies, nations, and the world entirely.
GGB's vision is intelligible: a world where people are aware of, empowered and working towards sustainable development goals. It is about bringing forward the latent sense of social responsibility we all have within us for a collaborative step towards betterment. Our vision aligns with the sustainable development goal #17: partnerships for the goals to achieve Mission 2030. GGB's mission is to implement sustainable development goals such, that they become an indicator of a healthy and progressing society.
