Event Management Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the day-to-day management
2. Working on pre- event arrangements (planning, design, dance, drama) communication, overall co-ordination and analysis of an event
3. Maintain records related to venues and vendors also maintain culture activity for children (annual day function)
4. Coordinate with the organizing committee and sponsors to plan scope and format of events, to establish and monitor budgets, or to review administrative procedures and events progress
5. Planning an event that meets the stated objectives whilst working out the event budget and logistics

Note:

1. Working location: Uttam Nagar, Delhi
2. Timings: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
