Event Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Familiarize yourself with the target audience for the conference
2. Generate potential speaker data through calls, LinkedIn, and other sources
3. Maintain and update databases for conferences
4. Approach industry experts to acquire suitable speakers for the conference
5. Meet weekly & monthly speaker target quota s
6. Update management on activities every week
7. Schedule calls with your speakers and finalizes their presentation subjects
8. Connect with speakers and attendees post the conference to document their feedback
9. Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other internal business units to ensure alignment with event speakers and other stakeholders
