About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and organizing destination weddings and special events.
2. Support the team in vendor coordination, client meetings, and logistics planning.
3. Research and identify trends in wedding d cor, venues, and experiences.
4. Help manage event timelines, checklists, and documentation.
5. Facilitate client communications, including RSVP tracking and guest itinerary creation.
6. Attend virtual meetings with clients, vendors, and team members.
7. Contribute ideas for event design, themes, and d cor.
8. Provide on-the-ground support for local events, if applicable.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
2. Demonstrate very strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Exhibit the ability to multitask and maintain high levels of organization.
4. Show a keen interest in weddings and luxury events.
5. Familiarize yourself with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Maintain availability for at least 20-25 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
7. Be ready to join as soon as possible.
