Executive Assistant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. LinkedIn Management
2. Help manage the CEO's email/LinkedIn under the guidance
3. Assist the CEO in daily activities and logistics
4. Coordinate with employees of different departments
5. Draft emails, letters, and proposals at the corporate level
6. Helping in undertaking HR responsibilities like recruiting/onboarding new hires, managing payroll & benefits, etc.
7. Create and update records as and when required
8. Work on office management for smooth functioning of every department.
9. Ensure compliance with existing policies
10. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues

The position comes with a potential of converting into a full-time job.
