As an Executive Assistant Intern at Marketing Works, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our executive team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential as you support various communication efforts. Your effective communication skills will be put to the test as you assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Your familiarity with Canva will come in handy as you help create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials. Additionally, your knowledge of digital marketing will allow you to contribute valuable insights and assist with various campaigns.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
2. Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team
3. Create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials using Canva
4. Support communication efforts with English proficiency (spoken and written)
5. Contribute to digital marketing campaigns with valuable insights
6. Assist with social media management and content creation
