Executive Assistant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the manager's schedule, which may involve scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
2. Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and car rentals
3. Organizing meetings and ensuring that all necessary materials are available to the manager in advance
4. Acting as a liaison between the manager and other members of the team. You may be required to draft correspondence and reports
5. Managing specific projects on behalf of the manager; this may involve tracking progress, identifying risks and issues, and reporting on project status to the manager
6. Providing general administrative support to the manager, including maintaining records
7. Performing various other tasks, as assigned by the manager; this may include conducting research, preparing presentations, and running errands
