Description: We seek someone who is fast, agile, and enthusiastic about learning new things daily. You have to provide high-level administrative support to the founding team. All you need is to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Remember, attention to detail is the key!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
2. Screening and prioritizing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
3. Providing timely responses or escalations as needed
4. Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
5. Maintaining and organizing files and records
6. Acting as a liaison between the founder's office and internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients
7. Ensuring clear communication and coordination of activities
8. Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making processes
9. Assisting with special projects and initiatives, including event planning and coordination
