About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
4. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
5. Act as an office manager
6. Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
7. Take minutes during meetings
8. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
9. Organize and maintain the office filing system
