Executive Operations Internship

LocalYT Productions is a media production company that specializes in creating innovative content across various platforms. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive intern to support our CEO's operations, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional media content

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assignment Organization: Keeping track of assignments and projects that the CEO is involved in includes creating and maintaining a system for organizing documents, deadlines, and priorities to ensure nothing is overlooked
2. Client Management: Compiling and maintaining a list of potential clients, including research on their business needs and how the company s services can meet those needs
3. Professional Communication: Serving as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members, clients, or external partners requires excellent communication skills and the ability to convey messages accurately and professionally
4. Learning and Adaptability: Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the media production industry and the company, the intern should be open to taking on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise
5. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion, understanding the importance of privacy in business communications and making strategic decisions

Note: This position requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable individual with strong communication skills and a keen interest in media production, social media, and marketing.
