As an export merchandising intern at Matrix Exports, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategies for promoting our products on a global scale. You will gain hands-on experience in the world of international trade and learn the ins and outs of the export industry.
1. Assisting in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for expanding our export market.
2. Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored for international audiences.
3. Communicating with overseas clients and suppliers to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
4. Monitoring and tracking the progress of export orders to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
5. Assisting in the development of pricing strategies and negotiations with international partners.
6. Staying current on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed recommendations for growth.
7. Supporting the team in various administrative tasks and project management activities to keep operations running smoothly.
8. Note: Sales and marketing is the most important part of business development which also will reap additional rewards as incentives

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 200000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
