As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to communicate effectively with potential donors in both English and Tamil, and help us raise crucial funds for our impactful programs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with the community in a friendly and approachable manner to discuss our initiatives.
2. Utilize your strong communication skills to articulate the mission and vision of Everside Foundations.
3. Build relationships with potential donors and provide them with information on how they can contribute.
4. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and donations received.
5. Attend fundraising events and actively participate in outreach activities.
6. Collaborate with the team to develop creative strategies for fundraising campaigns.
7. Represent Everside Foundations with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
8. Developing and implementing fundraising plans and strategies to increase donations and support for the organization.
9. Collaborating with the marketing and communication steam to develop and execute fundraising campaigns.
10. Planning and organizing fundraising events and activities. (Offline)

4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CSR or a related role.
2. Maintaining accurate records of donor and sponsor information, donations, and fundraising activities
3. Providing regular reports to the leadership team on fundraising activities and progress towards goals
4. Student or Bachelors degree in business, marketing,nonprofit management or related field
5. Experience in fundraising or development, preferably in a nonprofit organization will be a plus.
5. Good communication, networking, and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and project management skills
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team •Passion for our mission and commitment to making a difference in the lives of underprivileged communities.
