Fashion Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Customer Service:-
1. Provide customer service by being up-to-date with the latest fashion trends while maintaining a timeless knowledge of fashion principles
2. Assist customers in creating a complete ensemble

b. Increase Sales:-
1. Accountable for achievement of individual sales targets and daily tasks assigned
2. Responsible for securing and growing client base through generating or pursuing leads
3. Upselling and focus on basic KPIs ensuring increased overall customer satisfaction and store profitability

c. Floor Engagement:-
1. Replenishment (tables, racks, shelves, walls) as per the brand's standards on color blocking, size, styles, etc
2. Ensure the store including the back office is maintained at all times, by taking care of all hygiene and cleanliness standards

Knowledge, Skill & Experience:-
1. Education: Preferably Graduate
2. Age: 18-26 years
3. Min Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in fashion

Soft Skills:-

1. Customer Service: Listening to the customer's needs and understanding each individual client in order to personalize suggestions to the client's preferences and personal style, body type, price range, and the occasion for which the customer is dressing.
2. Accountability: Holds self, accountable for the deliverables assigned
3. Compliance: Compliance with established control systems/rules/SOPs.
