1. Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or related field (preferred)
2. Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in ladies' fashion wear or apparel
3. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and merchandising software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
5. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
6. A passion for fashion and an eye for trends and quality
