Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create detailed sketches and designs for our upcoming collections.
2. Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences.
3. Assist in product development and sourcing materials for production.
4. Collaborate with the design team to bring creative ideas to life.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating fashion events and photoshoots.
6. Help maintain and update our digital and physical product catalog.
7. Support the team in day-to-day tasks and projects to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per design).

About Jyoti Bhardwaj

Seedhi Saadi is a startup in women's ethnic wear, legally registered and currently in the stage of creating design portfolios. It is going to be about a semi-luxury fashion brand which is mainly focusing on two things- QUALITY and UNIQUE DESIGNS.
The product category it will deal with includes classy casual wear and high-end fashion smart ethnic wear for Indian festivals.
The main target customer base will be young women ( 18-40 yrs).

About Jyoti Bhardwaj, the founder:
I started Seedhi Saadi 6 months back with a vision of making it a reliable, easy-to-afford semi-luxury fashion brand in Ethnic Wear. I have had a great inclination towards ethnic fashion and with time it turned into a dream project for me.
I am B.Tech and MBA from Chandigarh. I have worked in the corporate and film industry in Mumbai for a few years. As an actor, I have encountered many fashion brands and events therefore giving me a strong knowledge of networking about the fashion industry.
