Fashion Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with designing-related work
2. Researching current fashion trends and designs and assisting with fabric cutting, sewing, pattern making along with finalizing tech packs, etc.
3. Finalizing and purchasing fabrics and pulling together accessories to complement created pieces
4. Placing orders with suppliers and corresponding with them as and when need be to get the orders right on time
5. Planning model fittings, keeping tracking of accessories being used, and styling of the outfit during the photoshoot
6. Planning for upcoming sales, events, and product launches for clothing or accessories and getting in touch with respective departments for their assistance if need be during the time of a new product or collection launch
7. Providing administrative support, answering phones & checking and replying to e-mails
