2. Conceptualize and develop seasonal collections, including sketches, mood boards, and color palettes.
3. Collaborate with artisans and production teams to bring designs to life, ensuring high-quality execution of prints and silhouettes.
4. Experiment with different hand block printing techniques and fabrics to create unique patterns.
5. Oversee sampling and final production to ensure accuracy in fit, design, and quality.
6. Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to align designs with brand positioning and customer preferences.
7. Ensure sustainability principles are embedded in the design process.
8. Stay updated with industry developments and identify new opportunities for design innovation.

1. Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.
2. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

Kasaa Hues work on the ideology - natural, simple, and sustainable. We create products using hand-block printed fabric made by artisans which can be easily styled and bring Indian handicrafts to everyday wardrobes. At the same time, we also try to be a zero-waste brand by making products from leftover fabric.
