Fashion Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design & Development: Assist in designing women's western wear collections, including dresses, tailored wear, and other apparel pieces
2. Digital Illustrations: Create digital sketches, illustrations, and mock-ups using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
3. Tech Packs: Prepare detailed tech packs with specifications for garment production, including fabric details, measurements, and trims
4. Fabric Selection: Help in researching, selecting, and sourcing fabrics and materials suitable for the collection
5. Trend Research: Stay updated with current fashion trends and conduct research to inspire new designs
6. Pattern Drafting & Draping: Assist in drafting patterns, draping fabric, and supporting the team in the production process
7. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, production teams, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and maintain design consistency
8. Sample Creation & Fittings: Assist in the sample-making process and participate in garment fittings to ensure proper fit and style alignment
9. Mood Boards: Create mood boards and presentations to showcase design concepts and inspirations
10. Production Assistance: Support the production team by ensuring that designs meet deadlines and align with production goals
