Fashion Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Translate ideas into sketches that illustrate potential garments.
2. Interact with all factors and people that have an impact on a project or task
3. Represent the company respectfully and professionally
4. Study fashion trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers
5.Decide on a theme for a collection
6. Use computer-aided design programs (CAD) to create designs
7. Handle market research to get fabric samples and quotes
8. Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, or styles for each garment or accessory
9. Work with other designers or team members to create a prototype design
10. Present design ideas to the creative director or showcase them in fashion or trade shows
11. Oversee the final production of their designs
