The ideal candidate will have a passion for street style, an eye for emerging trends, and the ability to conceptualize designs that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
1. Conceptualize and create unique designs for oversized t-shirts and other streetwear pieces, staying true to the brand's aesthetic
2. Develop sketches, patterns, and digital designs for collections
3. Research global and local streetwear trends to stay ahead in the market
4. Understand customer preferences and integrate them into designs
5. Select high-quality, comfortable fabrics and trims suitable for streetwear
6. Work with suppliers to ensure the availability of sustainable materials
7. Oversee the creation of product samples, ensuring attention to detail
8. Conduct fittings and make adjustments for the perfect fit and finish
9. Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs align with the brand's goals and customer expectations
10. Contribute ideas for branding, packaging, and photoshoots
11. Ensure smooth production workflows and maintain quality across all pieces
12. Address any design-related issues during the production phase
13. Maintain a portfolio of designs and projects for internal and promotional use
14. Keep detailed notes of fabric choices, specifications, and production details
