Fashion Merchandising Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Set monthly sales targets for all active designers and plan activities to achieve these targets.
2. Review daily sales and strategize with the category head to meet targets.
3. Monitor Instagram and websites related to designers.
4. Build and maintain relationships with designers.
5. Analyze competitive websites for data on discounts, number of uploads, etc.
6. Develop and build categories, including onboarding new designers for menswear by selecting from collection lookbooks, negotiating terms, and sharing contracts.
7. Oversee the onboarding of new designer collections, including arranging photoshoots and obtaining approval for designer images from the team.
8. Follow up on the new collection line sheet with the designer once generated and shared.
9. Verify line sheet details, update the merchandising sheet, and schedule uploads.
10. Coordinate with designers to obtain marketing materials.
11. Follow up with designers regarding discounts.
