About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the CXO's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time utilization
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for the CXO's business trips
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
4. Conduct research and provide insightful information to assist the CXO in decision-making and strategic planning
5. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
6. Act as a liaison between the CXO and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships
7. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and board meetings
8. Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the CXO
9. Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient systems to enhance workflow
11. Provide administrative support for the operations team
12. Perform any other HR or admin-related work

Other requirements

1. A postgraduate degree such as an MBA, PGDM HR, industrial relations, marketing, CSR, etc. will be preferred.

2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.

3. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with impeccable attention to detail.

5. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

6. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as within a team.

10. Knowledge of project management tools and software.
