About the internship

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven field executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily field visits, identifying potential customers, and building strong relationships to drive growth. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about achieving targets.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Field visits: Conduct daily field visits to meet potential clients, explain Loan products and services, and convert leads into customers.
2. Customer acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
3. Market research: Collect and analyze market data, competitor information, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
5. Sales targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
6. Documentation: Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure the submission of accurate documents.
7. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
8. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements during field activities.

Other requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

5. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

6. Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.

7. Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively for fieldwork.

8. Other requirements: A valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation is preferred.
