Field Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Explore the city to look for a variety of ongoing and upcoming events, such as festivals, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, competitions, campus events, sporting events, and community gatherings
2. Utilize a variety of resources, including mobile apps, web platforms, and physical visits to various venues, to gather thorough information about every event (this covers the specifics of the event, its schedule, the venue, the organizers, the ticketing details, and any relevant changes or adjustments)
3. Record and document all the information gathered accurately and in a timely manner
4. Gather event-related information and establish efficient communication lines with event organizers, nearby companies, community leaders, and other key stakeholders
5. Inform the internal team of the findings

Requirements:

1. Any graduate who resides in Hyderabad
2. Skilled at utilizing online platforms, and apps
3. It's a plus if you are familiar with the city's layout
4. You need a 2-wheeler to travel across the city

Additional Information:

Since many events may occur outside of usual business hours, it's important to be adaptable and available to work on weekends, nights, and holidays.
