Field Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit hotspots and meet riders who can join Delhivery
2. Work on explaining the salary and payment details to the riders and convince them to join delivery as a rider
3. Conduct field activities like poster sticking and pamphlet distribution to generate leads
4. Help newly joined riders to escalate and resolve their challenges for better retention
5. Keep track of competitor rates and revise partner rates accordingly

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Fluency in Tamil
2. Willingness and ability to continuously do fieldwork
3. Ability to operate a smartphone

Good to have: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication skills

On-the-job training will be provided by the company.
