Field Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Find job seekers who are across your city
2. Initiate the first level of contact with the candidate and pitch him about the job profiles
3. Collect basic details (name, contact details, driving license number, etc.) of the lead and make sure they have understood about the job roles
4. Collect valid identity proof pictures and answer relevant questions (if he is interested & comfortable with a job profile or not etc.)
5. Upload clear images of ID proofs of the candidate in the Google Sheets which will be provided by us and ensure that the customer gets registered at the specified center

You will be trained online by the respective manager on all the aspects of this project.
