About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning and executing prospecting efforts towards lead generation through various outbound channels like poster activity, outbound campaigns, job fairs, social events, referrals of on-boarded candidates, etc.
2. Building candidate pool/bench strength ensuring minimum onboarding of 30 per month from this channel
3. Working on mass recruitment and blue-collar hiring

Requirements:

1. Candidate must be fluent in the Telugu language
2. A laptop is a must
3. Immediate joining is required
4. Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge
5. Should be able to communicate in the local language
