As a Field Representative Intern, you will be responsible for engaging with chemist shop owners, explaining the Wcommerce platform, and guiding them through the store setup process. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of health products, and a passion for helping local businesses grow.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and Approach Chemist Shops: Visit local chemist shops in Hyderabad to introduce Wcommerce and its benefits.
2. Demonstrate Platform Features: Show chemist shop owners how they can create their online store, select products, and start selling without holding inventory.
3. Assist in Onboarding: Help shop owners register on the platform and guide them through the initial store setup process.
4. Address Queries and Concerns: Clarify doubts related to product offerings, logistics, payments, and other aspects of the platform.
5. Gather Feedback: Collect feedback from chemist shop owners about the platform and share insights with the Wcommerce team for continuous improvement.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 4th Jan'25 and 8th Feb'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Education: B.Sc. in Science or B.Pharm (Fresh graduates or final-year students preferred).
Skills:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic understanding of health, wellness, and pharmaceutical products.
3. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
4. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Other Requirements:
1. Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad (travel allowance provided).
2. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per sale).
