Field Research Assistant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the SRT team to conduct research related to orphans and separated children, along with the caregiver at each house.
2. Schedule and manage interviews with participants.
3. Collect and manage data using appropriate research tools and techniques.
4. Translate measures and interpret responses from participants.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both English and Hindi.
2. Past experience in research, counseling, or any other aspect of social science is preferred.
3. Experience or interest in qualitative or quantitative analysis is useful but not required.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented and organized.
