About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Social Media Engagement: Actively promote Sportamas on social media platforms to increase visibility and followers.
2. Encourage players to follow Sportamas on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.
3. Follow and comment on two Sportamas social media posts daily to drive engagement.
4. Manage player outreach and sign-ups
5. Approach players during matches, events, or ground activities to introduce them to Sportamas and help them sign up on the platform.
6. Refer players directly via Sportamas.com to facilitate seamless onboarding.
7. Work on lead capture and follow-ups
8. If players are hesitant or unable to sign up immediately, collect their details using Zoho Forms.
9. Proactively follow up with these leads to encourage them to purchase sessions on the platform.
10. Attend all mandatory training sessions to understand the platform and its unique value propositions.
11. Report key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to track progress and achievements
Details:
1. Earn a 10% commission on the first 10,000 spent on the platform by each referred player. This commission opportunity extends beyond the internship period until the 10,000 threshold is reached.
2. Incentives for Social Media Growth: Earn an additional 500 for every 100 followers added to Sportamas' social media accounts during the internship. (This incentive is capped for the internship duration.)
3. Eligibility for Commission: Commissions are payable only after referred players complete their sessions, ensuring reduced risk of cancellations.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue (t&c apply)).
