Field Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Administrative support: Provide assistance with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining organized records of client information, property listings, and sales transactions. Ensure all documents are filed accurately and comply with legal and company standards.
2. Market research: Conduct research on local real estate markets, trends, and comparable property values. Deliver updated information to the sales team to aid in pricing properties and advising clients.
3. Client interaction: Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, answering basic queries, and following up on leads. Shadow experienced agents during property showings and client meetings to gain practical experience.
4. Marketing assistance: Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings. Help manage social media accounts and post updates about new properties, open houses, and market news.
5. Property preparation: Aid in preparing properties for showings and open houses, including staging, photographing, and ensuring properties are presentable. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for necessary repairs or improvements.
