About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
2. Decide credit worthiness by evaluating loan applications and documentation within specified limits
3. Determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
4. Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
5. Communicate with applicants either to request or to provide information
6. Oversee loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
7. Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
8. Maintain and update account records

Requirements:

1. Willing to move around
2. Someone who wants to make a career in sales - interested in NBFC/banking loans process
3. No hesitation in direct sales
4. Good understanding of the local geography
5. Target orientation
6. Convincing and follow-up skills
7. Positive attitude
Earn certifications in these skills
