About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for selling residential Projects/Commercial Projects.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Property Presentations: Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our residential/commercial projects.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
7. Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary documentation and legal formalities involved in the buying process.
8. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential buyers, providing them with updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
9. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management, outlining achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Other requirements

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Knowledge of the Noida/Kanpur real estate market is a plus.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
